Ballerz Abroad is responsible for the football elements of each tour, including training arrangements, match and fixture coordination, tournament entry and on-ground football delivery. To ensure tours run smoothly in real time, a Ballerz Abroad representative is present on tour where applicable, working closely with local partners and tournament organisers to coordinate schedules, manage logistics and resolve issues proactively — staying one step ahead throughout the trip.

Travel services such as flights, accommodation and transport are arranged by our licensed travel partner, Holiday Fixer, a member of the Advantage Travel Partnership, with applicable financial protection and documentation confirmed at the time of booking.
