EUROPEAN DEVELEOPMENT TOURS

Hello, World!

A European Development Tour with Ballerz Abroad is a fully managed elite football programme designed to expose young players to the professional standards, training methods, and culture of top European clubs. Players take part in academy-level training sessions led by professional coaches, competitive fixtures or international tournaments, and behind-the-scenes experiences that show how elite football environments operate day to day.

The experience goes beyond football alone, helping players develop confidence, independence, and a global mindset, while giving coaches valuable insight into European development pathways. Ballerz Abroad manages all travel, accommodation, scheduling, safeguarding, and logistics, ensuring a safe, structured, and high-quality environment focused on genuine player development.

European Development Tours are ideal for grassroots and academy teams, schools, football academies, and ambitious individual players (often travelling with a parent) who want exposure to elite football environments and international competition.

The programme includes competitive fixtures against local academies or elite grassroots teams, and where appropriate, international tournament participation.

To support learning beyond the pitch, we also offer an optional Coach Development Package, giving coaches the opportunity to observe academy training environments, attend educational sessions, and gain insight into the Dutch player development pathway, methodology, and coaching standards.
