HOW IT WORKS?
Taking your team abroad should be straightforward. Here is exactly how Ballerz Abroad manages the process from your first enquiry to the final whistle.
Step 1 — Get in touch
Every tour starts with a conversation. Contact us by email or phone and tell us about your team — age group, playing level, squad size, objectives, rough dates, and budget. There are no forms to fill in and no obligation. We just need to understand what you are looking for so we can tell you honestly whether we can deliver it.
Step 2 — We design your programme
Based on your requirements, we build a tailored tour programme. This includes selecting the right destination and tournament or fixture format for your age group and level, recommending the right duration (most tours run 5–10 days), outlining the training and match schedule, and providing a full cost breakdown.
We work across Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and England, with established relationships at professional club facilities in each country. If you have a specific tournament in mind — such as the MIC Costa Brava, Porto International Cup, or Copa Daurada — we will build the programme around that event.
Step 3 — Booking and payments
Once you are happy with the programme, we confirm your tournament entry and handle all bookings directly — including flights, accommodation, and ground transfers. We manage the full process in-house, giving you a single point of contact for everything.
Individual parent payment options are available on most tours, making it easier for clubs to spread costs across the squad without the club carrying the full amount upfront.
Step 4 — Pre-tour preparation
In the weeks before departure we provide your coaching staff with a full tour itinerary, including session timings, match schedules, facility information, and all logistical details you need. We handle all liaison with tournament organisers and European club partners so your coaches can focus entirely on preparing the team.
Step 5 — On tour
On selected tours a senior Ballerz Abroad representative is present on the ground to support coordination and ensure the programme runs smoothly. Your club's coaches and staff remain fully responsible for coaching, player supervision and welfare throughout — we handle the operational side so you can focus on the football.
Players train at professional facilities, compete in scheduled fixtures or international tournaments, and experience European football culture in a structured, safe environment.
Step 6 — After the tour
We follow up with every club after the tour to gather feedback and discuss future programmes. Many of the clubs we work with return year after year, building the European tour into their annual development calendar.
